FINAL GRADES DUE BY MONDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2017. Grading windows closes at 12 pm on this date

Final Examinations are given in all classes at the end of each semester.  Finals are mandatory and all students must take these exams – there are NO EXCEPTIONS.  Furthermore, there are NO Early Finals. Because of departmental finals and exam security, finals are given only during the official final exam schedule. If a student is ill or obtains prior approval from the Assistant Principal or Principal, the student may receive a grade of “incomplete” and take the final exam at a later date. Incomplete grades MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE END OF THE SECOND WEEK OF THE FOLLOWING SEMESTER.  Students who are truant on the day of an exam or fail to make up an exam during the first two weeks of second semester will receive an “F” on the final exam.

Students who transfer or check out before final exams will not be given final grades for the semester.  They will be issued a check out grade, and the school where the student is transferring will determine whether to allow full credit or not.
