This year CHAMPS Charter High School's Robotics Academy prepared to enter our teams in the regional VEX Robotics competition, called Quad Quandry. The FIRST Vex Challenger (FVC) is a robotics competition for high-school students. The ultimate goal of FVC is to offer young people the opportunity to discover the excitement and rewards of science, technology, and engineering through real-world applications.
We need your help. Funds are needed to cover the costs of team registrations (approximately $250 per team), entrance fee, and expenses for miscellaneous costs, such as robotic hardware. We would like to provide to parents, families, and friends the opportunity to help fund our academy. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Van Nuys Neighborhood Council for their very, very, very generous donation.
