Communication Policy

Communication is responded to on work days only and school personnel have up to 48 business hours to reply before a second contact should be made. In other words, if an email is sent on a Saturday at 10: 00 am, the email is considered officially received on Monday at the start of the business day, 8:00 a.m. The addressee has until Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. to respond before a second attempt to communicate should be initiated by the sender or a complaint can be made with the principal.

In cases of time-sensitive notices where the parent is requesting that the school complete forms or submit information on behalf of the student, the parent should contact the school at least two weeks in advance to provide adequate time to research and complete the request.
