The attached file is the requirements and rubric for the menu design project that is due on the Monday after spring break, April 17th.
Students are encouraged but not required to make their menu colorful and include pictures/drawings of their menu items. The menu items do not need a description but should include ingredients if there are more than one:
L'insalata con pomodoro e carciofi
Carciofo con l'olio
Bruschetta con pane
Piatto di olive, salame e formaggio
Risotto con funghi
They can reference pages 115-119 for the vocabulary necessary. They should only need to do research for the 3 specialty dishes from 3 different regions of Italy.
